Nestled in the heart of Adelaide, Han's Patisserie is a haven for those who appreciate the finer things in life. Our story began in April 2014, with a simple mission: to bring the exquisite tastes of traditional Chinese pastries to the vibrant city of Adelaide.
We believe in the art of baking. We combine time-honored techniques with a modern twist, ensuring each pastry and cake we create is a masterpiece. Our dedication to quality is unwavering, as we source only the finest local ingredients to craft our delectable offerings.
What started as an online bakery, quickly blossomed into a beloved local institution. By Spring 2015, we opened the doors to our first retail cake shop on Wright Street, inviting all to experience our artistic creations.

At Han’s Patisserie, we take the health and safety of our customers seriously. Please review the following information before placing your order:
Common Allergens: Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we follow strict food safety protocols, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment due to the handcrafted nature of our menu.
Cross-Contamination: Trace amounts of allergens may be present. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, we recommend exercising caution.
Specific Requirements: Ingredients for each product are available upon request. Please notify our team of any specific dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking so we can take extra precautions during preparation.
1. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only once the following conditions are met:
A deposit or full payment has been received.
All necessary contact details (Name, Phone Number, etc) have been provided.
We have issued a formal order confirmation or receipt.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 2 full days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is strictly required to process any refund or return.
Processing Fees: All eligible refunds will be issued for the total amount paid, minus any non-refundable processing or administrative fees incurred during the initial transaction.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable, as ingredients have been sourced and preparation has likely commenced.
3. Product Variations & Design
Every item at Han’s Patisserie is handcrafted. As such, slight variations in colour, texture, and artistic decoration may occur. While we strive for consistency, your final product may differ slightly from website photos or inspiration images provided.
4. Pickup & Transport
Responsibility: Once a cake or pastry has left our premises, Han’s Patisserie is no longer responsible for any damage sustained during transport or handling.
Handling Advice: We recommend transporting cakes on a flat, level surface (such as the floor of the car) in a cool, air-conditioned environment.
5. Storage & Consumption
To ensure the best quality, please follow the storage instructions provided at the time of pickup (e.g., refrigeration vs. room temperature). Han’s Patisserie is not liable for the deterioration of products due to improper storage or delayed consumption.
6. Quality Concerns & Returns
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
Proof of Purchase Required: No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be considered without a valid proof of purchase.
Assessment: To assist us in resolving the matter, we may require the return of the product or photographic evidence for assessment. Refunds or replacements are issued at the discretion of management following a quality review.
